Githinji Advocates opened its doors in 2008 with a single desk, a Companies Act, and a conviction that the practice of law could be both rigorous and humane.
Today the firm advises a small, deliberate roster of clients — from family-held businesses and SACCOs to publicly listed companies and high-net-worth individuals. We grew by reputation, not advertisement, and we intend to continue that way.
Our partners are admitted to the Bar of Kenya and are members in good standing of the Law Society of Kenya. We collaborate with trusted counsel in London, Mauritius and Dubai when a matter crosses borders.
